Returns Exchange | Vawzen

At Vawzen, we aim to give you the best possible experience with every order. If you’ve received a wrong size or a damaged product, we’re happy to help.

What Can Be Exchanged:

  • Exchanges are accepted only for incorrect or damaged items.

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

  • Exchanges are only valid for items purchased at full price (not on sale or discounted items).

  • Exchange depends on stock availability.

What’s Not Covered:

  • No exchanges for items bought during sales or promotions.

  • No exchanges for used, washed, or damaged items due to misuse.

  • Change of mind is not a valid reason for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • WhatsApp us at 0370-0817419 within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Share your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds:

  • We do not offer refunds at the moment.

  • Only exchanges are entertained for eligible issues.
