At Vawzen, we aim to give you the best possible experience with every order. If you’ve received a wrong size or a damaged product, we’re happy to help.
What Can Be Exchanged:
Exchanges are accepted only for incorrect or damaged items.
Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
Exchanges are only valid for items purchased at full price (not on sale or discounted items).
Exchange depends on stock availability.
What’s Not Covered:
No exchanges for items bought during sales or promotions.
No exchanges for used, washed, or damaged items due to misuse.
Change of mind is not a valid reason for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange:

Share your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds at the moment.
Only exchanges are entertained for eligible issues.
