Orders & Shipping

• Once your order is placed, it’s processed and prepared for shipment.

• Delivery across Pakistan usually takes 2–5 working days.

• We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 on all orders.

Payment

• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

• All prices listed include applicable taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

• Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

• To request an exchange, WhatsApp us at 0370-0817419 with your order number and product photos.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges on items purchased during sales or promotions.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting us via WhatsApp.

• After this window, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
